As a little girl I used to go to my Irish Grandparents' house and make my own clothes out of whatever I could find. I developed a love affair with fashion and started doing my own catwalk shows in their living room for my family, wearing the clothes I had made. I was 7 years old, reading a copy of Vogue and my grandmother saw a picture of Kate Moss. She said she could see a bit of me in Kate's eyes - I'd never thought about it before, but at that moment my grandmother made me feel like I could be a professional model one day.
